Who owns and operates Stow-Glen?

Stow-Glen is privately owned and employee operated.  In 2000, David Baker (owner), established Stow-Glen as a partial Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

When was Stow-Glen established?

Stow-Glen Retirement Village has been a Community of Care since 1984.

What Senior Living options does Stow-Glen offer?

Stow-Glen offers Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living, Skilled & Intermediate Nursing, Adult Day Care and Home Health Care.

Does Stow-Glen have a mission statement?

Our mission statement was founded on the core values of Stow-Glen:

Does Stow-Glen accept Medicare?

Stow-Glen accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, some private insurances, PASSPORT, and Care Coordination

Does Stow-Glen have a waiting list?

Stow-Glen currently has no waiting list.

Does Stow-Glen allow pets?

Pets are allowed in our Independent Living Apartments.  Some stipulations apply.

Is Stow-Glen a smoke-free facility?

Yes, Stow-Glen is a smoke free facility.

Do you provide transportation?

Stow-Glen provides scheduled transportation in all areas.  Additional transportation can be provided for our Independent Living residents for a small fee.

Does Stow-Glen have an emergency call system?

Every area within Stow-Glen has an emergency call system, including our Independent Living Apartments.
