Services / Levels of Care

Stow-Glen offers three (3) levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Intermediate or Skilled Care all of which are located on one campus.  Residents are able to begin residing in one level of care and when more care is required, we can facilitate a move to a higher level of care.  Respite is also available to give caregivers some time to rest, travel, or just to have some time off.  Twenty-four (24) hour admissions.  We require no entrance fees or endowment.  Call our admissions/marketing directly at (330)686-7158 for more information.

Our Mission

We uphold the dignity and quality of life for each of our residents.  We call on the greater Christian community of volunteers to join us and others on our team of care.  Our goal is to give excellent care and to meet the unique individual, spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of each resident.  We respect and serve each other in the spirit of love.  It is only through grace of God that we can accomplish our mission.  It is to Him we give praise and glory through Christ Jesus.

 Company Profile

Stow-Glen, Inc. was founded in 1984, at that time, Summit County's only Retirement Community with three (3) levels of care offered.  Stow-Glen has always been privately owned, with the owner playing an active role by routinely working on facility grounds.   As of January of 2000, Stow-Glen implemented an ESOP program.  Through this plan employees became owners and operators of the facility.   The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) makes our community of care that more special.
